1. Introduction

By downloading or using the Foxio Cleaner app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the App.

2. PHOTO DELETION WARNING

Please be aware of the following regarding photo deletion:

- Review Before Deleting: Always review the photos selected for deletion before confirming. The App suggests photos to delete, but the final decision is yours.
- Recently Deleted: Deleted photos are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in your Photos app, where they remain for 30 days before permanent deletion.
- Recovery: You can recover deleted photos from the "Recently Deleted" album within 30 days.
- Permanent Deletion: After 30 days, or if you manually empty the "Recently Deleted" album, photos cannot be recovered.

3. App Usage & Responsibility

The App processes data locally on your device. You are responsible for:

Reviewing photos before deletion
Ensuring you have backups of important photos
Granting photo library permission to use the App's features
The security of your device

4. Photo Library Access

The App requires access to your photo library to function. By enabling this feature, you agree to allow the App to:

Read and analyze your photos to identify similar photos, screenshots, and large files
Delete photos you select for removal

We do not upload, share, or sell your photos to any third parties.

5. Subscription Terms

Premium Subscription Options:

Weekly Subscription: $9.99 per week with a 3-day free trial
Yearly Subscription: $39.99 per year (saves 92%)

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds: All refund requests are managed by Apple according to the App Store refund policy.

6. Free Features

The following features are available for free:

Similar Photos detection and cleaning
Basic storage analysis

Premium features include:

Screenshots cleaning
Large files detection
Unlimited cleaning operations

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to source code, design, and trademarks, belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

Accidental deletion of photos
Loss of data due to user error
Any issues arising from improper use of the App

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
